Dimitrios Tourikis was born and raised in Piraeus, Greece. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK. He completed with postgraduate studies in International Relations, University of East London, UK. Dimitrios Tourikis has over twenty years of extensive experience in the financial services industry focusing on providing strategic business planning for corporate clients. He has worked in a variety of capacities including: Financial Advisor/Stockbroker at Merrill Lynch in the USA, Financial Controller for the Further Education Development Agency in London as well as Financial Analyst of Boston Finance and Emporiki Bank (Credit Agricole Group) in Athens. Dimitrios is a Certified Tax Accountant (Greece), professional member of the Investment Migration Council, full member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and also a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (Accounting & Tax Division). In 2009 he founded Callamus, a boutique firm specializing in international tax and wealth advisory services. Dimitrios Tourikis is decorated in Order of the Star of Ethiopia with the rank of Commander (CSE) – honored from H.I.H. Ermias Selassie (President of the Crown Council of Ethiopia), grandson of H.I.H Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia.
